This challenge is truly life changing. Body for life is a wonderful journey and has opened many doors for me. My whole view on what is achievable is now clear and I believe in myself now more than ever. In February this year along with Nikki Allen I was crowned the Australian Couples champion. I had no idea that doing THIS challenge was the key to achieving so much in my life.
