Well, the photos say it all. I feel great, and I know its just the start of making health and fitness a part of my life for good. Debbie trained me in her studio and her input has changed my life for good. As a result, I ended up winning the Age catergory championship prize in the Body for LIfe Competition in 2003 What a buzz... its onward and upward now for me.
