So
here we are, in the midst of spring, summer fast approaching, I
hope that we are all feeling well, alive, and enjoying life. I would
like to invite you all to our Sydney Support meet to be held at
12pm on Sunday 19th October at Collaroy beach near the playground.
There are BBQ facilities available, but you may wish to just bring
a blanket, some drinks and sandwiches or whatever. This is YOUR
day to relax and enjoy and to meet like minded people interested
in health and fitness, and for you to find YOUR inspiration and
motivation to start on a health and fitness regime.
In
the past some items that have been on the menu are home made rocky
road, and chocolate mud cake, so dont be shy, the main thing
and the most important thing is for you to come along and to meet
myself and others. There will be free giveaways, and lots of advice
and support on offer. The playground is fenced off, ideal for young
children, and we will probably schedule a game of either beach volleyball,
soccer or football. Im looking forward to a fun and happy
support meet. Please email me for any questions you may have or
if you are just wondering what to expect. See you there.

Also, for anyone wanting a laugh, Karen Robertshaw a regular contributor
on the EAS forum (and wicked rocky road creator), long time friend
Janina Wentzel and myself have joined the Beach volleyball social
league playing at Manly Beach on Saturday afternoons. Cheerleaders
are needed so if you are down our way, make sure you say hello.
The league will run for the next 11 weeks.
Desire
Fitness will be involved in raising money for a very worthwhile
cause the Cure our Kids Cancer Challenge. The happy ever after Luau
Le Basin Ball will be held on the 1st November, and Im hoping
that I can raise at least $2,000-00 for the foundation. Just want
to say a quick thank you to many people who have donated gifts and
prizes for the event. All the little kiddies appreciate and love
you all for it. You can visit their website on www.cureourkids.com.au
for more information.

IF
YOU WANT IT, YOU CAN HAVE IT.
If
you're willing to pay the price, any of your circumstances will change.
If you want something badly enough, you're sure to get it.
The key to success is desire.
Obstacles
don't matter very much. Pain, circumstances or other challenges can
be there.
But if you want to do something bad enough, you'll find a way to get
it done.
Your
desire will in time externalise itself into concrete fact.
Your reality will form around your commitment to succeed.
You
only have to love a thing greatly to get it.
Desire is the fire of life.

This
month we have a personal message from my good friend in the states
Pam Brown who is also featured in the Body for Life publications,
Here is what Pam would like to share with all us Aussies,
Are
you ashamed because you feel like you have failed by not following
your nutrition and training plans? Listen... No need to be ashamed,
you are human. If you didn't have to struggle like this, you wouldn't
be able to help others that do. They would be thinking, "I'm
not like them... It came easy for them...
|

|
|
They
never had any setbacks... I can't do this." and they will give
up. But instead they will think, "If they had setbacks and
STILL managed to take control of their life, maintain, and even
win hardware at their competition, then I can do it!!" You
see... You are building hope for others and you didn't even realize
it. You are exactly where God wants you to be at this very moment.
So build on that and use this setback for His plan!
It's
okay to fall down... As long as you don't stay down. ;)
Have
a great BFL day to all my friends in Australia,
Pam
Brown.

For
those of you who have never had a personal trainer before you dont
know what your missing.. or rather your body knows. Trust me, you have no
idea what your body can really achieve unless you have had it pushed to
the limits. Having a personal trainer along side you monitoring your progress
step by step of the way could prove to be the difference for you. For all
packages this month sold through the net or in person you receive either
a Free Shaker for those yummy protein drinks or a Free manicure provided
by Joanna at Collaroy skin care. The outdoor beach sessions that I have
been holding are proving to be a real hit. So give me a call on 0411 085669
to see how I can help you.

your body is the only place you have to live in so look after it.
Yours
in health,
Your friend, Debbie
