Hi everyone, How are we all. Im glad to say that I am well, and feeling GRRR-eat about life. I hope you all are too. So why am I feeling good. Well, perhaps that along with so many others such as Barry, Anna, Paulette, Bex,Tammie, Rachel, Simone, Jayne, Olivia and Dylan and Joelene and many many more fellow Bfl'ers I am too starting an OFFICAL challenge this year. My goals are set and I wanted to share with you all just some of them. Apart from the physical goals of losing weight and reducing body fat, my Mental fitness goals are as follows:

Defeat cravings and addiction to junk food on the weekends.
(especially pizza)
Overcome the mental stumbling blocks that would prevent my realising my physical goals. This relates to my ability to swim and run.
Develop a strong, healthy, and positive view of myself inside and out. I still think my legs are my downfall, so i will learn to love and accept my legs and work on strengthening and toning the muscle.
Train myself to make healthy, good choices for me and my family
Fully believe in my physical potential

At the end of the 12 weeks, I want to be a brand new person, both mentally and physically! It is my goal to transform my body, eating habits, lifestyle, and mind through this program. My biggest goal is to totally assist in changing the lives of my clients and to see them through not only just 12 weeks, but to ensure that they walk the path of true health and fitness and achieve their goals in life too.
My own positive affirmation that I would like to share with you is this.

Follow my dreams, and live the life of my dreams. I will give my true destiny a chance to unfold. I believe I can achieve everything I set my mind to.

I hope that the above saying rings true for you too.
Just before I sign off here I just want to wish a fellow angel of light much success in her new challenge. Valerie In Wichita Kansas. Go and spread your wings and fly high my dear. This is your year.

This is one person who has very special meaning in my life, My true friend and training partner Jean Underhill 2001 2nd runner up Australian Champion. Jean is the reason for my being all that I am. Jean initally inspired me to enter the challenge, and despite my protests, encouraged me to tackle my challenges in life, and to complete my 12 week transformation. Jean did and continues to encourage me to be the best that I can be, she never has shown any jealously, or mistrust, and has always been a steady influence of positivity in my busy hectic world.

Jean Underhill, along with my other training buddy Kris Dyball, still to this day, some 2 years after my journey began, are at the gym with me at 6am 5 days a week. Honestly, a girl couldn't ask for better workout buddies or truer friends. I have said it a milion times before, but I'll say it again, Thankyou Jean for changing my life, and showing me the way to be a better person. You are MY CHAMPION and my dearest Closest Friend. YOU ARE THE BEST.
