Hey everyone
I hope this newsletter finds you all well and healthy and newly
inspired after the recent health and fitness expo. I know that I
am very motivated and came away from the whole experience with a
bright fresh new attitude to my own goals. One of the new concepts
that I'm keen to explore is the art of Pilates. I will let you all
know how I go, and encourage you all to find some new aspect to
explore in regards to your own training and exercise sessions.
I
just want to quickly thank some very very special people who made
the whole Filex experience so memorable especially Glen and the
EAS crew who were very supportive towards all the people who visted
their stand, and for the amazing dinner function afterwards.

So here we are, halfway through the year, and time now to re-access
your goals. Do you remember where that list is you filled out in
January. Lets see where you are now in relation to your goals and
if you need to lets work towards some of those goals that you are
close to completing. Please remember that time waits for no man
or woman. So make the time to exercise. You wont be sorry when in
just a few short months we face the end of the year again. One way
I maintain my motivation and passion for fitness is by reading about
others who have achieved success. These stories inspire me to head
for the next level because it shows me what is possible and it fuels
my desire to continually achieve more than I have done already.
You can find some of these amazing stories on my website www.desirefitness.com.au
in the photo gallery section. If you wish to contact any of these
amazing people to ask them how THEY achieved success feel free to
contact me for their details.

source of vitamin C, folate, vitamin E and Thiamin. Asparagus is
also salt and fat free and FULL of fibre. You can throw some fresh

This
month were featuring massage with Thanya Chunhapiboolye,
Howard Gilmore and the hard working crew at Dee Why Therapeutic
Centre.
What
can you do over a cold winter to stay fit and healthy? There
is no better way to warm up than with a deeply relaxing massage.
It benefits the whole body and the positive effect on your
health is well documented. Remedial massage improves the supply
of nutrients to your muscles, relaxes tight joints, promotes
faster rehabilitation from injury and helps eliminates much
of the stress that our busy lifestyles impose on us.

Your
lymphatic system is an extensive network of vessels that maintains
the fluid balance of your body. It filters out the many of
the toxins in your body, is often responsible for congestion
and swelling eg. pregnancy and flu, and it manufactures many
of the lymphocytes that fight invasive infections. Thanya
and Howard are qualified in Lymphatic Drainage Massage that
stimulates the flow of lymph accelerating the removal of wastes
and disease as well as reducing fluid retention.
Massage
improves the functioning of your kidney and liver. These two
organs are responsible for most of the de-toxing of your body.
The liver is a processing plant that destroys worn-out blood
cells, bacteria and pollutants. Specialised techniques are
used on the abdomen to improve your elimination.
Dee
Why Therapeutic Centre offers a variety of massage therapies
to suit your needs from Aromatherapy to Zen Shiatsu. The team
there has in excess of 60 years hands on experience.
Thanya
and Howard are offering a 10% discount on your first 1- hour
massage (offer expires 31 August 2004). Just mention that
I sent you. To book phone them direct on 9971 3112.
The Centre is open 7 days per week, including Sundays. They
have a mobile service that can come to your home or office.
Health fund rebates are available. By the way, they seem to
accept snoring as being an inevitable consequence of massage..
enough said but it seems that I have fallen victim to this
side effect. Ha.. Howard, I'm looking foward to my next regular
massage with you.

Have you sometimes thought that if you introduced a workout buddy
it would be easier for you to achieve your goals. Well you know
it is true. Having a friend or family member join you in your workouts
can help you to remain focused and commited to your goals. It also
gives them an insight into what you are prepared to do to achieve
your goals and makes their support something that works with you,
and not against you. Invite your friends to join in with you at
Desire Fitness and you can also benefit with a $50-00 cash back
incentive. I believe that in business, your best advertisment is
by word of mouth and by the results that YOU achieve so if you feel
that you know someone who would benefit from the same fantastic
results that you are experiencing then please pass on my details.
